Herman Robe died suddenly at his home in this city with his daughter, Mrs. Albert Dahlke, on Friday morning, January 24th. The cause of death was Dropsy and heart disease. He had been ailing for several years but had been able to get about. Deceased leaves six children, five daughters and one son. Two daughters and the son live in Wisconsin. Three daughters, Lena and Ida Robe and Mrs. Dalke make their home in Centralia. The funeral services were held on Monday morning from the undertaking parlors. Rev. Homberg, of Chehalis, was the officiating minister. The interment was made in the Washington Lawn cemetery. The pall bearers were Grant Ballard, Chas. Green, John Curry and D. T. Dickey.
