Jack H. Clark Passes Away

Jack H. Clark Sr., 58, residing at 1031 State street in Chehalis, passed away Saturday in a Tacoma hospital. He was born June 20, 1891, in Chillicoth, Mo., and had been a resident of Lewis county for eight years. He was a member of the Chehalis aerie of Eagles.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, Sarah are four sons, Jack and James, Chehalis; Clarence, Jackson, Mich., and Staff Sergt. Guy Clark, San Antonio, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Smith, Kamrer, Iowa; Mrs. Katherine Smith, Chehalis, and Miss Delma Clark, Chehalis; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Rothrock and Mrs. Ida Carpenter, both in Iowa, and abrother, Fred Clark, Denver, Colo.

The body is at the Fissell mortuary in Chehalis pending funeral arrangements.
