Mrs. Josephine Hummell
Mrs. Jospehine Hummell, 65, died Sunday at her home on Route 3 Chehalis, where she had lived the past 11 years. She had been ill the past three months. Mrs. Hummell was born November 27 1874 at Langenwang, Germany, and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church in Chehalis. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mary Stallcop, Vancouver; a son, Conrad Hummell, Route 3 Chehalis; three brothers, Max, Joseph and John Fuss, all in Germany, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's church Wednesday at 10 o'clock. Father Quinian officating. Interment will be in the Greenwood cemetery under to the direction of the Sticklin mortuary.
