Mrs. Julia R. Dillon

Mrs. Julia Roskos Dillon, 96, died in Centralia Thursday following a three-month illness.

Mrs. Dillon was born June 22, 1877, in Germany. She moved to this country as a small child and to Washington in 1905. She was a longtime resident of Aberdeen and a 50-year member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Aberdeen, and of the Altar Society.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Kasmerzak, Aberdeen, and Mrs. Andre (Belle) Juracic, Tacoma; 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Sticklin Funeral Chapel. Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Alfred Mathenski Saturday, 9:30 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Centralia. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery, Centralia.

Pallbearers will be six great-grandsons, Darryl DesChane, Richard DesChane, Edward Frazier, James Barrett, William Wasner and Patrick Barrett.
