Estate Filed 21 Years After Death

Twenty-one years after he died at Astoria, Ore., in June, 1910 the estate of Urho Kataja has been filed for probate in superior court at Chehalis by a brother, Krist S. Juniper, who is petitioner for himself and three other heirs. One is a sister, Helen Kataja Alila of Issaquah; the others two brothers, Justus Kataja of Tacoma and Osten Kataja of Astoria. The property is a tract of stump land near Winlock, its estimated value being $500.

The estate of Mrs. Katherine Weybright, well known Lewis county pioneer, who died here November 8; value at $1500 cash on deposit in the First National Bank and Security State Bank, Chehalis, has been filed for probate. A daughter, Mrs. Louis Klaus, route 3 Chehalis; a granddaughter, Mrs. Mabel Susman, Sixes, Ore., and two sons, W. W. Weybright of Jacksonville, Ore., and M. Guy Weybright of Los Angeles are the heirs.

Melvie Lowry, route 1 Chehalis, has asked for letters of administration on the estate of Fred Emerson, a neighbor, who died at his home February 17. The property, all realty, has an estimated value of $1000. So far as can be learned there are no heirs.
