Leona M. Penfield

TENINO - Mrs. Leona Mae Penfield, 59, a resident of Tenino for the past 22 years, died Friday morning at a Centralia hospital.

She was born Dec. 2, 1912, at Prairie Hill, Mo.

Mrs. Penfield was employed by the Churchill Glove Co. for 20 years.

Survivors include her husband, Oliver W. Penfield Sr., at the family home; two sons, Oliver Jr. and Herman P., both Tenino; two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Rozella) Wilson and Mrs. Delbert (Margaret) Landis, both Yakima, and 10 grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Newell-Hoerlings with the Rev. Walter Gleiser officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park.
