LOUIS STIRNEMAN

Louis Stirneman, 90, a resident of Centralia for the past few months, died Wednesday at a Centralia nursing home.

He was born Feb. 7, 1884, near Lucerne, Switzerland. he moved to Frances from Switzerland at the age of 26, operating a dairy farm, and from there moved to Oakville where he resided until moving to Centralia.

He was a member of the Catholic Church and Lewis Pacific Swiss Society.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Rosemarie Furrer, Tigard, Ore.

Rosary will be recited Friday, 8 p.m., at the Fissell Chapel of the Brown Mortuary Service, Chehalis. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at The Holy Family Catholic Church, Frances, with the Rev. August Banasky officiating. Interment will follow at the Menlo Cemetery.
