Passes Away In California
Word has been received in Chehalis of the death of Mrs. Mary Bethge, 89, former Chehalin, who passed away Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Pearl Glass, at El Monte, Calif.
Mrs. Bethge was born January 19, 1867, in Minden, Germany. She came to the United States when she was two years old and lived most of her life in Wisconsin and in Chehalis. She had been living in California the past three years.
In addition to her daughter in California, she is survived by three sons, Paul, Chehalis and Walter and Clarence, Centralia and three grandchildren.
Services are pending in Chehalis.
