Monroe Gilmore died last Thursday at Dr. Dumon's hospital of cancer of the stomach. Mr. Gilmore was a young man twenty-eight years of age, mother resides at Claquato, where the interment took place. The funeral was held in the M.E. Church of Centralia, under the auspices of the Eagles, Rev. F. S. Pearson preaching the funeral sermon.
