Mrs. Union Kilborn Dies Yesterday

Mrs. Union Kilborn, 67, who had spent most of her life in Lewis county, died yesterday morning at the home of her son, Earl Kilborn, in Centralia. She was born in California in October, 1864 and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Johnson, who were among the early pioneers of Lewis county. The family lived many years in the Newaukum prairie district and also in Chehalis until the parents died some years ago. Mrs. Kilborn is survived by two sons, Earl H. Kilborn of Centralia and Ulrich Kilborn of Tacoma; a grandson, Venard Kilborn, who is a student at the State College, Pullman; a sister, Mrs. A Hylander of Portland; an aunt, Mrs. Emma J. Smith of Chehalis, and other distant relatives. Funeral services will be held at the Smith Mortuary at Kelso.
