Winlock, June 30---Mrs. Ota Charlotte Campbell, aged 44 years, died at 6 o'clock Saturday morning at her home here, following an illness of about a year. Deceased was born in Kentucky. She was prominent in various civic affairs in Winlock, being president of the Women's club here when taken ill a year ago; was an active Eastern Star and active in church work. She is survived by her widower, Geo. J. Campbell; three daughters, Elma, Charlotte and Edna Campbell, all of Winlock; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Campbell of Winlock; two sons and two daughters by a former marriage, Elmer Guinn of Knapton, Wash., and Norman Guinn of Scappoose, Ore., Mrs. Nellie Hitchin of Prescott, Wash., and Pauline Guinn of Winlock. The body was removed to the Cattermole parlors. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, Rev. R. B. Parcel of the Methodist church officiating, auspices Eastern Star, interment in the local cemetery.
