Orville Jacox

Orville Jacox, 90, died Thursday at a Centralia hospital following a brief illness.

Born Aug. 28, 1883, at Gothenburg, Neb., Mr. Jacox was a Centralia resident for the past four years and was a longtime farmer in the North Fork area, south of Chehalis, where he had resided for 63 years. He was a lifetime member of Forest Grange.

Surviving are three sons, Ivan O. and Ervin E., both of Chehalis, and Floyd V., Salem, Ore.; a daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Avis) Fitzgerald, Seattle, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., at Sticklin Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Claquato Cemetery, Chehalis.
