Pe Ell, Jan. 16. - Mrs. Pauline Gronka, aged 70 years, died last night at the family home here after an extended illness. She is survived by the widower, Martin Gronka, five sons and four daughters. These are Egnace and Steve Gronka of Pe Ell; Peter Gronka of San Francisco; John and Michael Gronka of Little Falls, Minn.; Mrs. Elsie Bruso of Portland; Mrs. Emma Smith of Sequlm, Wash.; Mrs. Mary Woodrow of Tacoma; and Mrs. Jennie Skinner of Dayton, Ohio. The body was removed to the Fissel Funeral Home at Chehalis pending funeral arrangements.
Funeral services will be held at the Pe Ell Catholic church Saturday morning, Rev. Father Toporoaki officiating. Burial will be in the Pe Ell cemetery.
