Pleasant Hill Economics Club Has Meeting

Pleasant Hill, Nov. 24. - Pleasant Hill H. E. club met at the home of Mrs. W. R. Cole with Mrs. Louise Bohler assistant hostess. All members of the club were present. Luncheon was served at the close of an enjoyable afternoon and Mrs. Viles was awarded the prize in a contest. The next meeting will be with Mrs. O. Halvorsen.

I. Untewegner received word of the death of his brother-in-law Albert Zwigle, who lived in Germany. Besides the relatives in Germany there is a son, Rudolph, who made his home with his uncle here for a time.

Jessie Luen of Raymond was a visitor at the O. Halvorsen home Sunday.

Roy McCord and John Parypa visited Mr. and Mrs. Ora Long at Frances last week.

Everyone is busy digging potatoes. A good crop is reported.
