Suburban News: Randle

A reception for Mr. and Mrs. George Pruitt was held at the home of Mrs. Pruitt's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Churchel, in the Cispus valley Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Pruitt were married on May 25 in the Assembly of God Church at Randle, with the rev. David Westerfield performing the double ring ceremony. Miss Patty Gage and John Riffe were the attendants. A bride's cake, topped with a bride and groom, was served by the bride's sister-in-law, Mrs. Walter Churchel Jr. Punch and coffee also were served. The groom's father is R. T. Pruitt of Morton. The groom graduated from the Morton high school in 1955, and the bride, the former Emma Lou Churchel, was a 1956 graduate of the Randle high school. The couple received lovely gifts at the reception. They are living in the Clyde Goble house in the Cispus valley.
