Ralph Carl Howard, aged 53 years, died Sunday morning at his home on Route 2, Chehalis. He had lived in Lewis county the past 20 years. He was born in July of 1884, in Iowa, and was a former millworker. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lenna Howard; a daughter, Aileen Howard, and a son, Eugene Howard, both of Shelton; a sister Mary Hoover, in Iowa; and two brothers, Ernest and Harry of West Concord, Minn. Funeral services were held yesterday, Thursday, at 1 pm. at the Boone Mortuary, Rev. Carl A. Johnson officiating. Interment was in Shoestring cemetery, at Alpha.
