Swofford, Oct. 14. - Wm. Goetzenberger and son Charles and E. Belcher have been working at Randle.

Mrs. D. C. Davis, Lowell, Adeline and Ray Davis of this place, with Mina Stidham of Ajlune, motored to Clear Fork Sunday.

R. B. Silva has been on the sick list the past week.

Mrs. Doris Thomas and son Lloyd Richard spent last week in Portland with relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Perkins motored to Randle Saturday.

Mrs. Mary Kiser motored to Seattle Friday to attend the wedding of Clarice Kiser to Homer Click of that city. She returned home Monday.

Mrs. Walter Rose of Yakima has been visiting her realtives in this valley and at Riffe. She will return to Yakima soon.

Word was received here last seek that Mother Dollarhide of Port Angeles was at the point of death. Her son, A. R. Dollarhide, pastor of Mossyrock Pentecostal Assembly, motored to Port Angeles to be with her.

A.M. Phillips of Shoestring spent Tuesday in this valley.

Thurman Senter, an ex-resident of this valley, accidentally shot and killed himself while at the station on the Little Rocky mountain near Mineral Saturday evening. He is survived by his widow, Goldie, and a son Don; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Senter of this place; two brothers and thrree sisters.
