Chastain Rites Set
NAPAVINE - Thomas Chastain, 69, Napavine, passed away Monday in an Olympia hospital.
A resident of Napavine the past 10 years, he was born Feb. 15, 1894, in Missouri.
In addition to the widow, Maggie, at home, surviving are two sons, John, Castle Rock, and James, Chehalis; one daughter, Mrs. Ella Mae Sandvig, Port Townsend; a brother, James C. Chastain, Pitcher, Okla.; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services are Friday at 2 p.m., at Cattermole Funeral Home in Winlock with the Rev. Pearl Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
