Mrs. Theresa Jennie Mills, 72, one of Lewis county's well known pioneers, passed away this morning at the home of her son, George, at 1028 E. street, after 21 years residence in this part of the state. The body was removed to the Newell mortuary, from where it will be shipped to Salem, Oregon, for interment.

The deceased, who last year celebrated her 53rd wedding anniversary, is survived by her husband, W. P. Mills; five sons, W. H., J. J. and Fred M., all of Salem; George C. and S. E. of Centralia. A brother, Mr. C. Crystal of Vacaville, Calif. and two sisters, Mrs. George A. ---- of Napa, Calif and Mrs. Elsie Bolter of Spokane, also survived. She was born in Des Moines, Ia.
