Mrs. Tilda Laplante

Toledo, Jan. 1. - Mrs. Tilda Laplante, a Nisqually Indian woman who was said to have been 110 years old, died yesterday at the home of her son, William Yonckton, at Toledo, where she lived the past ten years. Another son, John Yonckton, lives near Yakima. The funeral will be held at St. Francis Mission, Cowlitz, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, directed by L. R. Cattermole of Winlock. Father Herkenrath will officiate. Burial will be at Cowlitz.
