William G. Hall, aged 85 years, passed away Wednesday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. B. F. Johnson, near Napavine. Deceased came to Napavine about eighteen months ago. He was a native of Canada and came to the states when four years of age and settled in Minnesota. He enlisted in the Civil war and was a member of the G.A.R. The body is at the Fissel parlors and will be shipped to Austin, Minn., for interment. Deceased is survived by four sons and one daughter, Elmer S. Hall of Parker's Prairie, Minn., John E. Hall of Austin, Minn.; Geo. C. Hall of Great Falls, Mont., Spencer C. Hall of Hope, Ida., and Mrs. B. F. Johnson of Napavine.
