Two Weddings This Week Interest People of Winlock

Winlock, June 8.- Miss Maxine Roe, daughter of Mrs. Lettie Roe, became the bride of Herschel Bowers, son of Mrs. A. Lowry, at a pretty wedding at her home, Sunday afternoon, at 1:30. Miss Ina Anderson was bridesmaid and Eldson Bowers, brother of the groom, was best man. Rev. Levi J. Smith of Winlock, performed the ceremony, using the double ring service. Only relatives and a few intimate friends were present at the ceremony and reception that followed. Both bride and groom attended the Winlock high school. The bride has been employed at the Winlock Telephone Company.

Miss Viola Chatwood of Rainier, Wash., and Cecil Fox of Castle Rock were married Sunday morning in Winlock at 7:45. Rev. Levi J. Smith performing the ceremony. Miss Virginia Chatwood was bridesmaid and C. W. Wilson of Winlock was best man.
