The body of William Morton, a former resident of Chehalis, as brought to the Fissel Funeral Home in Chehalis Tuesday. Mr. Morton died at an Elma hospital Monday night from a fractured skull, sustained while he was working in the camp of the clement Logging Company. He ws 31 years of age. Surviving relatives are the mother of the deceased, Mrs. Almeda Oglesbee of Silverton, Ore.; and two sisters, Mrs. Zoa Hayes of Crescent City, Calif., and Mrs. Cleo Hanlin of Kansas City, Mo. Four years ago Keller Morton, a brother of William, was also killed in a logging camp accident and later was buried here at Claquato.
