Oak Point Piling and Lumber Company was the first logging camp owned by Capt. Charles O. Hill (who went on to operate several logging firms in Lewis Co., WA). Oak Point Piling and Lumber Company operated for 12 years. The following photo was submitted by Barbara Troen, great-granddaughter of Charles Hill. This photo was taken in 1917.
