Eleanor Kuhuski, 51, a former resident of Chehalis, died Friday at a Seattle hospital.
She was born March 8, 1921, at Orient, and had lived in Chehalis from 1946 until 1964. Since that time she has resided in Oak Harbor.
Survivors include her husband, Edward, at home; a son, Donald, of Bellevue; her mother, Mary Bailey, Chehalis; two brothers, Jack Bailey, Chehalis, and Clifford Cook, Spokane, and a nephew, Howard Cook, Chehalis.
Services will be Monday, 11 a.m., at Claquato Cemetery, west of Chehalis.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Brown Mortuary Service, Chehalis.
