Bowman Rites Set
Mrs. Harold (Edith Marie) Bowman, 43, passed away early Wednesday in a Chehalis hospital following a two-week illness. Mrs. Bowman was a resident of route 3, Chehalis for 16 years, having come to the area from Peoria, Ill. She was born Jan. 19, 1919, in Peoria.
Survivors include the husband, at home; two sons, Harold Jr., Portland, and Richard, at home; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lester, Chehalis, and two step sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Roberts, Chehalis, and Mrs. Betty Thomas, Toledo.
Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m., at the Sticklin Funeral Home in Chehalis. Rev. Walter S. Gleiser will officiate and internment will be at the Greenwood Memorial Park.
