Frances Kate Wood, 81, a resident of Centralia for the past 18 years, died Friday in a local hospital.
Born Oct. 3, 1881, in North Dakota, she was a member of the Methodist church in Centralia.
Survivors include one son, Floyd Wood, Crescent City, Calif; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Wilmovsky, Centralia, and Mrs. Reider Erickson, Fort Carson, Colo.; one brother, Bill Whittaker, Alberta, Canada; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m., at Newell-Hoerling's, Centralia. The Rev. Clinton Aiton will officiate and burial will follow at Mountain View.
