GUY SUTHERLAND
MINERAL - A lifetime resident of Lewis and Thurston Counties, Guy Sutherland, 85, died Friday ia a Morton hospital.
He was born Aug. 15, 1890, in Bucoda. He was a retired mill worker and a 45- year member of the local lumber and sawmill workers union.
Survivors include his wife, Marie, at home; three sons, Donald, Bellingham; David, Seattle, and Richard, Mineral; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Jane Goodwin, and Mrs. Allen (Joanne) Suver, both of Seattle; one sister, Mrs. Kathryn Reiman, Seattle, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be Tuesday, 1 p. m., at the Mineral Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. K.W. Schalk officiating. Burial will follow at the Mineral Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Mortuary. Chehalis.
