Rite Slated In Mineral

MINERAL - Mrs. Irene Williams, 73, a longtime resident of Mineral, died Monday night at her home. She had lived at Mineral since the 1930s. Her husband preceded her in death last year.

She was born Nov. 24, 1894, at Freemont, Neb.

She was a member of the Mineral American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Williams is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Constance Armpriest of Salem, Ore., and Mrs, Fern Tokarz, St. Mary's, Idaho; one son, Robert Allen Williams, Fair Oaks, Calif.; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are Thursday, 1 p.m., at the Mineral Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Samuel Carlson will officiate. Interment will be at the Mineral Cemetery under the direction of the Fissell-Brown Mortuary.
