Snellgrove Service Set

Mrs. Jessie J. Snellgrove, 50, a resident of Chehalis for nine years, died Thursday in a Longview hospital following an illness of three months. She was born Dec. 12, 1911, at Shephard, Texas, and had been employed as a pastry cook at the St. Helens hotel since 1954.

The deceased was a member of the Culinary Alliance.

Surviving are three sons, Robert C. Busley, Kelso, and Douglas R. and Edward L. Snellgrove, both of Chehalis; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Dorothy) Hoyt, Chehalis; three sisters, Mrs. Estes Herrod, LaPort, Texas; Mrs. Herman Riffe, Houtson, Texas, and Mrs. Otis Goodson, Cleveland, Texas; her father, Jess Lovett, Shephard, and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services are Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Sticklin Funeral home in Chehalis. The Rev. A. J. Hoenisch will officiate and interment will be a [sic] Clquato.
