Service Set At Pe Ell
PE ELL - James William Donahue, 91, a former resident of Pe Ell, died Saturday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Grace) Mitchell, Puyallup, where he had been visiting during the past month.
He was born Nov. 19, 1877, in Pennsylvania, and had lived in Pe Ell most of his life.
Mr. Donahue was a retired water superintendent for the town of Pe Ell. He was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pe Ell.
Survivors are his widow, Rose C., Pe Ell; daughter in Puyallup; a brother, Leo, Lutherburg, Penn.; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Kriner, DuBois, Penn., and two granddaughters.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Pe Ell. The Rev. John Peters will officiate. Burial will follow in the German Catholic Cemetery at Pe Ell.
Arrangements are under the direction of Powers Wrigley Clements Funeral Home, Puyallup.
