Passes at Puyallup
Lewis S. Cass, 88, Centralia, died Sunday in a Puyallup nursing home.
He was born July 9, 1873, in Iowa, and had been along time resident of the Lewis County area. He was a member of the Winlock Christian Science church.
Survivors include the widow, Minnie C., at home; three daughters, Mrs. Eunice Strange, Sherwood, Ore.; Mrs. Ora O. Chamberlin, Shelton, and Mrs. Beulah L. Thomas, Seattle; 10 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchild [sic].
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Cattermole Funeral Home in Winlock with Mrs. Oscar Anderson reader. Burial will follow at the Little Falls cemetery near Vader.
