Mrs. Rose Succumbs

Mrs. Rebecca Rose, 83, a former resident of Riffe, died Tuesday in a Tacoma hospital.

She was born March 3, 1886, in McDowell Co., W. Va. She lived in Riffe from 1914 until she moved to Tacoma seven years ago. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Tacoma.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Thelma Hancock, Tacoma; one son, Walter, Mossyrock; four sisters, Mrs. Pearl Martin, Springfield, Ore.; Mrs. Rosie Blakely, Onalaska; Mrs. Bernice Porter, Aberdeen; Mrs. Goldie, Aberdeen; five brothers, Alex Workman, Swiss Home, Ore.; Edward Workman, Centralia; Andrew Workman, Blue Lake, Calif; Clavey Workman, Mossyrock and the Rev. Earl Workman, Mineral; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday, 2 p.m. at the Mossyrock Assembly of God Church with the Evengelist Lillian E. Holm and the Revs. Fulton Buntain, Harlan Kalles and Andrew Robeck officiating. Burial will be at the Doss Cemetery, Mossyrock.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fir Lawn Funeral Chapel, Toledo.
