Onalaskan Succumbs

ONALASKA - Mrs. Bert (Sarah Ollie) Kempf, 48, a resident of the Onalaska area for the past 14 years, died Tuesday in a Chehalis hospital. She was born March 3, 1913, in Arkansas.

Prior to moving to the Lewis County area, she lived in New Mexico. She was a member of the Onalaska Presbyterian church.

Survivors, in addition to the husband, are four daughters, Mrs. Darlene Foister, Kelso; Mrs. Edna Hamilton, Onalaska, and the Misses Ladeva and Donna Jo Kempt [sic], both at home; three sons, Frank, Vader; Dean, Onalaska, and Earnest, in the U. S. Army at Fort Sill, Okla.; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Moore, Clovis, N.M.; Mrs. Faye Oldham, Bortalis, N.M. and Mrs. Jewell Laney, Farmington, N. M.; her parents Mr. and Mrs. William Beasley, Clovis, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Boone Mortuary, Chehalis.
