The first debate of the season is to be with Boistfort Friday, December 4. The Adna affirmative team is composed of Thelma Iverson, Floyd Svinth and Ruth Smith.

The high school operetta, which was given to a well filled house Tuesday evening of last week, proved a big success. As the Boistfort grade school is giving the same operetta later a group of students from there attended the performance. We wish to thank the teachers and the people of the community, whose co-operation made the program a success.

The high school is looking forward to the basketball season, which begins January 8, when Pe Ell visits Adna. Mr. Smith, our coach, expects a fine showin from the team. He is sure to have a good team, as there are four lettermen, besides twenty-nine others turning out.

Round robin games are nearly completed and the boys can begin regular practice.

The Adna Girls League found pleasure in distruibuting Thanksgiving baskets to two needy families of the community.
