A surprise birthday party was given Homer Moore Monday evening, Nov. 25. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Paige, Mr. and Mrs. Henderson, Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Addington, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lambert and son Jack and daughter Barbara, Mrs. Harry Steele, Mr. & Mrs. Delbert Moore and daughter Barbara, Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Senter and sons, Errol and Dahl, Rev. and Mrs. E. L Whisler, Mr. and Mrs. John J. C. Buntain and the host and hostess, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Moore. The evening was spent in games. Refreshments were served and all had an enjoyable evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Gaynor Buntain and son, Bobby, of Plain, spent the Thanksgiving holiday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Buntain.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Masshoff of Bend, Ore., spent the week end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Carrol.
Mrs. Fletcher Hartley was visiting in Oregon.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Buntain and son, Glen, and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Overstreet spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Overstreet.
Grandma Nic Fadden is quite sick, having suffered a stroke.
