A good crowd enjoyed playing 500 and pinochle at the Silver Creek Grange hall on Friday. Another party is planned for March 11th. Prizes will be given and lunch will be served.
Mrs. Roy Hansen and her officers attended the meeting of the Cancer society on Friday in Chehalis.
Mrs. Mae Baker who recently had surgery in a Centralia hospital, has returned home.
The Friendship circle will meet today at the home of Mrs. Dennis Francy for dessert luncheon. The Homemakers club of Mayfield will also meet today at the home of Mrs. Hazel Godfrey. She entertained the garden club last week with 10 members present.
Mrs. George Burden remains very ill in Providence hospital, Seattle.
Clarence Meyer of Anchorage, spent a few days at the home of his mother, Rosa Meyer.
LuAnn Baker Patterson who is in England with her husband, plans to return this spring and visit her parents, the Tom Bakers.
