Guerrier Mill Operating
The J. P. Guerrier Lumber Company sawmill, located 11 miles southeast of Chehalis at Guerrier, is again operating at full blast, following a long shutdown. Fifty men are employed and the daily cut is averaging 60,000 feet daily. Logs are being supplied over the Cowlitz, Chehalis & Cascade railroad from the Winston creek camp of the Andron Logging Company, daily shipments ranging from eight to ten carloads.
