TOLEDO - A retired farmer, Julius Dzidek, died Thursday in a Chehalis nursing home.
Born in Poland about 80 years ago, Mr. Dzidek cam to the Winlock and Toledo area in 1934, from St Louis, Mo. He was a member of the St. Francis Mission on Cowlitz Prairie.
The deceased is survived by one son, Eddie, in Poland. Rosary for Mr. Dzidek will be recited at 7:45 p.m., Friday, at the St. Francis Mission. Requiem mass will be at 9 a.m., Saturday, at the mission with the Rev. Fabian officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Francis Mission cemetery under the direction of fir Lawn Funeral Chapel, Toledo.
