LOGAN HILL NEWS.
Chehalis, R. 2, Dec. 28. - Mrs. Viola Dixon and two children of Klamath Falls, Ore. and Howard Hill of Whitman colege surpised their parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Hill at Christmas by arriving unexpectedly. Twenty-two covers were laid at dinner for the relatives and immediate family of the Hills.
While driving from Longview to spend Christmas with their mother, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Christensen and children narrowly escaped being killed when their car overturned in a ditch full of water. Aside from shock and a few bruises and bad wetting no one was hurt. The car had to be repaired.
The party at Pankowski's Saturday night was a decided success.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Norris entertained at a party December 19 in honor of their son Bill's birthday. About forty-five were present and all report a fine time.
Mrs. Harold Lewis of Toldeo spent Christmas with her sister, Mrs. Gust Nyberg.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Macomber spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Macomber in Centralia.
