Eastern Star Auciliary Is Entertained at Onalaska

Onalaska, Dec. 2. - Mrs. R. E. Kelly, assisted by her daughter Adeline entertained the O. E. S. Auxiliary Tuesday with the following ladies in attendance: Mrs. W. A. Tuttle, Mrs. Chas. Caverley, Mrs. V. Wosika, Mrs. D. H. Dermond, Mrs. J. E. Whitcomb, Mrs. E. Z. Brown, Mrs. W. P. Morison, Mrs. C. R. Workman, Mrs. George James, Mrs. F. R. Butz and Mrs. C. A. Reed.

Mr. and Mrs. G. S. Gray and family of Tillamook, Ore. spent several days last week with the former's sister, Mrs. R. E. Kelly.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Moore of Twin Falls, Ida. are guests in the George Zopf home, visiting with the former's sister, Mrs. P. F. Crombaugh. Thursday they will leave for southern California to spend the winter. They will be accompanied by Mrs. Crombaugh.

Mrs. P. H. Martina of Benton City is visiting her daughter, Mrs. E. H. Robinson.

Mrs. R. A. Rawlins of Olympia spent Thanksgiving with her son, W. A. Rawlins and family.

Miss Eleanor Griggs of Silverton, Ore. visited Friday with her sister, Miss Leah Griggs.

Allan Austin and daughter Elizabeth and son Bud spent Friday visiting in Aberdeen.

Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Davis spent Thanksgiving in Astoria with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Burke. Mrs. Burke accompanied them home for a visit.

Mr. and Mrs. Jas Ryan and two children of Tacoma spent Thanksgiving with Mr. and Mrs. Hugh McGee.

Miss Josephine Clyde of Wenatchee and Miss Maxine Clyde of Bellingham spen the Thanksgiving vacation with their parents, Mrs. [stet] and Mrs. J. H. Clyde.

Miss Amanda Kalkwarf spent the Thanksgiving vacation with friends in Portland.

Mrs. A. H. Ahlman of Seattle is visiting her friend, Mrs. A. V. LeClerc.

Mrs. L. R. Briggs and two daughter left Sunday for a visit in Vancouver.

Miss Bertha Ketchum and Ori Powell, both Onalaska young people, were married in Centralia last Tuesday. They will make their home here.

Dr. and Mrs. A. L. Ward and Mrs. Alice Durrell spent Thanksgiving with relatives and friends in Yakima.

L. L. Girrard and Miss Ida Keltrynick of Alpha were quietly married Thanksgiving day at the manse, Dr. S. E. P. White officiating.

The grade school is sponsoring an all school program to be given Friday night at the high school.

Mr. and Mrs. Harrison B. Pearne visited in Tacoma Wednesday and Thursday.
