Puyallup Veneer Concern Is Running Steadily

The Puyallup Veneer & Lumber Company, which is operating in the Wildwood district, about 24 miles southwest of Chehalis, is running steadily. Its daily shipments total 15 to 18 carloads of logs, which are shipped from Ruth station on the Milwaukee west of here, to Puyallup. H. A. Wilson is in charge of the operation. Various small tracts of timber are being logged, the logs being hauled on heavy trucks from Wildwood to Ruth. A good sized crew is finding steady employment at the camp.
