On 21 Oct 1830 when Phebe was 20, she married Harvey Nelson Adams, son of Archibald "Archey" Adams (20 Aug 1785-25 Mar 1850) & Phebe Caldwell (19 Mar 1789-17 Apr 1848), in Mercer Co., Kentucky.[811] Born on 24 Aug 1809 in Mercer Co., Kentucky. Was on the census for Washington Twp., Parke Co., Indiana, in 1850.[812] Harvey Nelson died in Judson, Parke Co., Indiana, on 5 Dec 1879; he was 70. Occupation: Farmer.
